CtrlAltElite is a raiding guild centered around efficiency with a commitment to cutting edge in just 2 days of raiding. Raid times: Wednesday and Sunday (20.00-23:00 server time). Raid/Progression Structure: As we only run 2 nights a week on a set schedule, we expect our raiders to do their utmost to attend all raids. We do however all have lives of our own outside the game, so we understand if things call you away occasionally. During the raid, you will be expected to provide complete concentration for the full duration of the raid. With that said our raid structure also includes having a ten-minute break in the middle of the raid to allow the team a chance to re-energize. Top candidates will also possess the following characteristics: • Maturity in the face of frustration • Commitment to high performance • Complete understanding of your class and boss fights • Willingness to accept constructive criticism to increase performance • Ability to work as a team player and serve the greater cause of the guild Guild History: CtrlAltElite is a guild formed in 2011 built on deep friendship bonds and a fiercely competitive spirit. What makes us different from the competition is our attention to detail in all aspects of the game. We believe that we embody the work hard play harder philosophy better than anyone.... What to expect from us: We provide a stable environment for our raiders to continually improve as players and teammates. During progression, we use our time efficiently, maintain focus and exercise discipline. However, while on farm the atmosphere is more relaxed. Our time is precious, and we know yours is as well; efficiency is our ultimate goal. We actively endeavour to maintain a mature, drama-free environment.
