Raid Times: Sunday-Thursday 9:00PM - 12:00AM EST. We add a day for the first two weeks of progression. We will also add time if close to a boss kill and the guild wants to.
Goals: <xD> wants to remain as competitive as possible without doing the extreme to keep our guild sustainable for people. We don't do PTR testing, day raiding, or any required alts. This is a video game and we like to have fun, so keeping our environment enjoyable for everyone is a big priority for us.
Alt Policy: <xD> does not require players to have any alts. However, we do heavily utilize them for people that choose to play them. We will do Mythic splits during extended farm periods to get more gold from sales, and prepare characters for the upcoming progression. We also do Heroic splits first week in a new tier. Playing alts in xD is optional.

Recruitment: We are always looking for exceptional players regardless of specific needs listed above. All spots are competitive in our guild, and we will always slot the 20 best players/classes for progression.
